I Feel You FAQ

Is I Feel You free?

Yes. I Feel You is free for patients and caregivers.

Do I need to download anything?

No app download required. I Feel You works in the browser on any phone or computer.

Do I need an account?

To log symptoms, you sign in with just your email. No names or handles.

Where does the data come from?

Two places: more than 4 million FDA adverse event reports, and symptoms shared by people using I Feel You. The two are always shown separately.

Does I Feel You tell me what's causing my symptom?

No. It shows whether others on the same treatment have reported the same symptom. A report doesn't mean the treatment caused it. Only your doctor can tell you what it means for you.

Who can see what I log?

Only you, unless you choose to share. When you share, others see your symptoms and treatment details, never who you are. You can change this anytime.

Can I use it for someone I care for?

Yes. You can log symptoms for someone you care for.

Which cancers and treatments does it cover?

Cancer medicines, such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and hormone therapy. It doesn't cover supportive medicines like anti-nausea drugs or steroids, or radiation and surgery.

Is this medical advice?

No. I Feel You doesn't give medical advice. Talk with your doctor about any symptom. If something feels severe or like a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) right away.
